【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國四川瀘州商場昨晚發生嚴重爆炸事故，目前傳出4死37人傷，由於爆炸引發的大火火勢猛烈，大批消防員趕到現場灌救。
據中國《四川在線》報導，有目擊者指出，事發時宛如電影爆炸場面。現場另有人描述爆炸後，巴士站也被震得倒塌，路旁車輛嚴重損毀。現場道路全面封鎖，直至清晨尚未解除。

| 中小企業放款 明年要增加2400億元

【廖珮君／台北報導】金管會晚間宣布，明年中小企業放款要增加2400億元，與去年目標相當。金管會是在今天下午召開銀行總經理聯繫會議擬定該項政策。
金管會也表示，為確保銀行風險控管，金管會呼籲銀行應了解跨國國際債權曝險和分布狀況且需確實依規定申報和揭露。
