台股今（25）日開盤因美股開高走低影響賣壓較重，早盤一度下跌56點回測8,140點、接近季線8,126點，近期漲多的金融、傳產拉回約1%，大盤終場下跌32點收8,163點，量縮至807億元。

法人機構認為，台股今日拉回不深，且量縮整理亦屬良性量價結構，8,100至8,050具季線、前低支撐，下檔應有限。但多頭領頭羊金融、傳產近2日因獲利回吐賣壓漲多回檔，預期將整理7月下旬，待8月再攻；電子景氣展望強度不足，觀察大立光能否因法說釋出利多而站穩季線，如此方有助大盤再度挑戰8,250點區間上緣，否則仍將繼續震盪。

根據外電報導，中信金已和東京之星的大股東達成初步共識，中信金擬以日圓520億元，折合新台幣155億元的價格，收購東京之星多數股權。

若是這件併購案完成，將是第一件外商銀行投資、入主日本商業銀行的收購案。

不過，中信金控財務長高麗雪今天說，此事為市場傳聞和臆測，不作評論。

根據外電報導，中信金將從東京之星的大股東，包括龍昇星基金（Lone Star Funds）、新生銀行（Shinsei Bank Ltd.）和法國農業信貸銀行（Credit Agricole SA）等股東手中，收購股權，取得控制性持股。
