行政院長江宜樺下午接見中小企業磐石獎得主，黑心油事件成談話重點。全國中小企業總會副理事長陳瑞宏指出，「商道就是正道」。

在德國打拚的益利吉公司執行長施學成以電腦中央處理器的效能標示為例說，雖是讓業者依道德良心自標，但抓到一次就重懲；反觀國內此次黑心油品事件，「是國人自己沒去查」，因此他呼籲政府「立法從寬、執法從嚴」。

江揆則回應，由於一些不肖商人「不懷正念、只想賺錢」，其他人的努力都會被抹殺掉，其實許多企業都是默默努力工作、貢獻，「不是像一般人所想的無奸不商」。

為保障大眾食品消費權益，衛生福利部啟動「油安行動」，要求食用油脂業者應於下周四前提出聯合切結，保證所有原料與添加物皆標示符合，11月開始也將擴大稽查所有市售油品，一周後所有市售油品皆不可有詐欺、標示不實的情形。

衛生福利部部長邱文達今天下午三點半宣布這項措施，同時本周六也將邀請跨部會召開食品重大違規業者不當所得追繳及修法研商會議。
