【突發中心╱台北報導】對於民眾以喝鮮乳補充鈣質、蛋白質，臺安醫院營養師劉怡里表示，國人普遍鈣質攝取不足，一杯500c.c.鮮乳就可補充人體每天所需鈣質的一半，「喝鮮乳是補充鈣質最方便的來源」。而常見的乳糖不耐症，源於人體中的乳糖尚未活化，才造成飲用乳品時腹瀉、腸胃不適，不妨以少量鮮乳、循序漸進的方式嘗試飲用，「若將乳糖活化便可改善。」

不過，針對有人喝鮮乳會引起過敏現象，全民健康促進協會營養師陳怡靜則指出，台灣不少民眾具有過敏體質，其中很多過敏原就是牛乳或乳製品，若乳品中加入人工添加物，還會提高食品安全的風險，建議無法飲用牛乳者，想要補充鈣質，可以多攝取深綠色蔬菜、豆類等食品取代。  另陳怡靜亦提醒，過量飲用鮮乳易造成骨質流失，「因牛乳屬於酸性食物，人體為平衡酸鹼值，會將骨頭中的鈣質釋放到血液當中。」
