| 水資源保育聯盟到南市環保局陳情

【辛啟松／台南報導】環保署將修正「開發行為應實施環境影響評估細目及範圍認定標準部分條文」，恐將嚴重水庫集水區、自來水保護區、國家公園、國家濕地及海岸自然保護區等，台南市水資源保育聯盟今天上午到環保局陳情，提出環團意見，請地方環保局支持採納。
水資源保育聯盟說，一旦修法得逞，將鬆綁在攔河堰集水區水庫興建洗選場、道路開闢、興建工廠、社區及放寬免環評條件等，如此一來，將可能惡化曾文水庫、南化水庫及烏山頭水庫的淤積及水質安全，也將嚴重汙染台南市目前較乾淨的曾文溪。
水資源保育聯盟說，莫拉克風災之後，政府仍花費巨資於曾文、南化水庫及烏山頭水庫清淤及強化水土保持工作，加上氣候變遷環境惡化，環保署理應加強規劃水源區的保護政策，但很遺憾，如今環保署卻大開倒車，將修法大開水源區之門並將破壞水資源，環團希望台南市環保局提出反對修法意見。

| 【短片】白鼻心橫屍路邊 民批：相關單位推三阻四

【李銘宏／新北報導】新北市1名警衛於昨天晚上10時許，在新店1處社區發現1隻白鼻心屍體，他認為現在是狂犬病的敏感時期，擔心該白鼻心患有狂犬病，趕緊通知1999。不料電話一直被轉來轉去，相關單位甚至表示「夜間不辦公」，警衛怒批，實在是太惡劣了！
相關單位最後拗不過警衛的請求，今天上午1時許，才派人員到場將白鼻心的屍體帶走。
