標題[討論] 神教工程師升遷薪水調幅?

剛好看到前面有人提工程師升等後薪水調幅 藉此機會想問問看 小弟我最近剛好遇到這個問題 目前是神教工程師(碩畢5等) 資歷2年多 有機會晉升為資深工程師 想請問這樣薪水大概會調幅多少(月薪年薪皆可) 工程師跟資深工程師及主任的季獎金跟小白會差距多少呢? 因為目前剛好有想換公司(神教薪水太低) 所以想問看看 如果升遷後待遇可以跟別間待遇來抗衡的話 就暫時不跳巢到別的公司 希望有經驗的大大給個意見了 如不方便可以站內信 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.235.147.142
