| 關港貿單一窗口下週上線 年省18.5億成本

財政部關務署表示，「關港貿單一窗口」資訊系統將在八月十九號正式上線！未來業者只要一次輸入，系統就會依照申辦業務，分送至各主管機關處理，節省作業時間，預估每年將可替政府及企業省下十五點八億元的作業成本，有利提升我國際貿易競爭力。（黃悅嬌報導）
財政部關務署指出，行政院九十八年核定優質經貿網路計畫，由財政部關務署主導「關港貿單一窗口」資訊系統專案，結合通關、簽審及港務等機關，整合財政部關務署「海關通關系統」、交通部「航港資訊網」及經濟部「便捷貿e網」三大資訊系統，建立「關港貿單一窗口」資訊系統，八月十九號將正式上線。
關務署表示，以往業者在申辦簽審與通關業務時，要分別連線不同系統傳送簽審申辦與通關訊息，取得相關主管機關的核准。由於申辦入口眾多且分散，業者必須耗費大量人工作業重複輸入申辦訊息，成本高且過程冗長，而「關港貿單一窗口」資訊系統服務啟動後，各類關務、航港與貿易簽審資訊申辦作業、進度追蹤、訊息交換、商品資料倉儲與稅費繳納等進出口服務皆可於單一窗口作業環境完成。業者一次輸入，系統便會依照申辦業務，將訊息分送各主管機關處理，節省大量作業時間，達成「一次輸入，全程服務」的目標。預估透過此一單一窗口服務每年將可節省政府及企業十五億八千萬元的作業成本。
未來藉由「關港貿單一窗口」串接自由經濟示範區的智慧運籌雲平台，長期可支援產業發展、帶動進出口環境升級、提升經貿競爭力並奠立臺灣成為全球重要貿易運籌樞紐之基石。
