| 黑龍江雨災11死 當局啟動一級響應

大陸黑龍江省暴雨成災，增至11人死亡，3人失蹤，2500多間房屋倒塌，接近200萬人受災，直接經濟損失超過71億元人民幣。當局啟動最高的一級防汛應急響應。
民政部門表示，今年入汛以來，全省出現多場大雨，嫩江、松花江、黑龍江等3條大江，同時出現超警戒水位的洪水，歷史罕見。

| 亞洲機場排名 星樟宜奪冠 桃園機場第九

亞洲全球飯店訂房網龍頭、新加坡Agoda.com公布亞洲最佳機場排行榜，新加坡樟宜國際機場（Changi Airport）在1.1萬名旅客中，以與滿分 5分略低的總平均4.37分奪下冠軍寶座，台灣桃園機場排名第九。
此次票選結果，是根據其飛往亞洲各國首都城市機場之顧客票選，Agoda.com表示，旅客對於一個機場好壞的認知，取決因素包括指標是否簡潔明瞭、餐飲選擇是否多樣化、無障礙空間是否完善、動線設計、休憩選擇、甚至是廁所數量等。
Agoda.com本次調查挑選了15個亞洲主要城市：曼谷、北京、胡志明市、香港、雅加達、吉隆坡、馬尼拉、新德里、金邊、首爾、新加坡、台北、東京、永珍、仰光，讓曾經使用過這些機場的旅客針對機場的整體表現，從最差的1分至最佳的5分中選擇一個最貼近評價的分數。此項民調共有11,000位旅客參與。
此次調查冠軍為新加坡樟宜國際機場，Agoda.com表示，樟宜機場向來以高效率與不斷改進及升級機場設施聞名，在全球所有各種機場排名評鑑中，幾乎是永遠的前三名，為機場界的模範生，樟宜機場內最知名的是設於第三航廈高達四層樓的超級溜滑梯，只要10元新幣的消費就可免費體驗一次。
以整體平均4.13位居亞軍的是香港國際機場（Hong Kong International Airport）。香港機場建於南海上一處大面積的海埔新生地上，以轉機便利與高科技設計等優勢和新加坡樟宜機場同是各大機場評鑑的常勝軍；排名第三的是首爾仁川國際機場（Incheon International Airport），平均分數為4.01，在仁川機場裡有高爾夫球場、高爾夫練習場，甚至還有人工溜冰場。
台灣桃園國際機場（Taoyuan International Airport）排名第九，去年客流量約2,800萬人次。目前正在興建第三航廈，預計2018年完工後可運作高達4,300萬人次的機場客流量。
