【郭美瑜／台北報導】中元節將屆，台北花卉產銷公司第14年推廣以花代香祭祀，應景的祭祀花卉火鶴及菊花，產量充足，價格平穩。台北市長郝龍斌今上午出席台北花市中元節祈福活動時表示，花博後台北花市切花銷售占全台批發市場45%、盆花占75%，中元祭祀鼓勵民眾以花代香。  

台北花市結合花卉與三牲，以中元節應景的菊花、火鶴，設計「富貴有魚」、「鶴立雞群」等造型盆花，花市課長陳根旺表示，今年氣候不錯，日前蘇力颱風也未重創花卉產地，中元節花卉到貨量充足，售價穩定，火鶴批發價平均1支不到10元，菊花1把10支，批發價50至100元，是應景又低價的花卉。

【綜合報導】2014世界盃足球賽及2016奧運主辦國巴西，當地治安問題再受到關注。美國一對外籍情侶在巴西里約熱內盧觀光時，該女子竟在小巴上遭4人輪流性侵，其法籍男友則被毆打。法庭在本周三重判3名被告性侵罪名成立，重判有期徒刑49年零3個月，第4名未成年嫌犯，則稍晚審理。

事發於今年3月凌晨，21歲女受害人與法籍男友在海灘附近，登上一輛小巴，豈料犯人突然將車上其他乘客趕下車，然後用鐵棍毆打法籍男子，輪流施暴女受害人。之後拿著2名受害人的信用卡購物，甚至強逼女受害人回到住所拿另一張信用卡。犯人折磨他們6小時後，將他們丟棄在里約熱內盧一個貧民窟。

本案件周三審訊，4名被告除一人未成年外，其餘年齡20至21歲，全部因性侵、搶劫與勒索罪名成立，分別判刑21年至49年不等。至於該未成年的疑犯，稍後安排在兒童法庭審理。
