| 英警方否認重新調查黛妃之死

外傳英國警方正在重新調查有關「黛安娜王妃之死」的新線索，不過俗稱「蘇格蘭場」的「英國警察總部」表示，他們是在「評估黛安娜王妃死亡案的新線索」，但「並不是重新調查」。
英國警方所發佈的聲明指出，這項評估工作將交由英國「犯罪與行動特別指揮中心」負責。
英國警方在二○○八年，曾經發佈一份黛安娜王妃之死的調查報告，報告指出，黛安娜王妃與當時的男友「多迪．法耶德」，還有司機「保羅」，是因為司機保羅的「重大疏失」而致死。
不過，「多迪．法耶德」的父親，則深信他兒子，與黛安娜王妃，「絕對是被人謀殺」。

| 雲林剝竹筍比賽 近百高手競技

雲林縣古坑鄉竹筍節系列活動，今天在古坑綠色隧道舉辦美食品嘗與剝竹筍比賽，吸引了近百名剝筍高手參加競技，其中年紀最大的參賽者陳新庭今年已經78歲，最年輕的參賽者謝采瑜31歲，多數參賽者都有多年的剝竹筍經驗。
比賽經過初賽、複賽、決賽，最後出爐的前3名剝竹筍達人為沈江河、陳俊源、張秀蝦，沈江河剝了10支竹筍只花了1分52秒，他說剝竹筍靠的是多年經驗，熟練了速度就快，張秀蝦原本在決賽時遙遙領先，後來卻因為太高興忘了還有一支竹筍沒剝，比賽快結束時才發現，所以只拿到第3名讓她相當懊惱。
古坑鄉長林慧如表示，古坑鄉是麻竹筍的主要產地之一，有近2000公頃的栽種面積，幾乎每個筍農都是剝筍好手，舉辦剝筍比賽希望將這個農民養家餬口的技藝傳承下去。
