| 投顧：歐洲高收債後市可期

（中央社記者潘智義台北18日電）天達投顧表示，歐洲企業財務狀況相對良好，基本面改善，吸引國際資金青睞，歷經6月債市波動後，7月重新恢復資金淨流入，後市可期。
天達指出，歐元區開始擺脫衰退的消息令市場振奮，今年以來股、債同步沾光，歐洲高收益債更成為今年債市領漲的主要族群之一，表現優於美國高收益債。
另外，歐洲地區沈浸在經濟復甦的希望中，天達強調，年初迄今，歐洲高收益債違約率維持在長期低檔水準，吸引資金持續進駐，把握歐洲景氣谷底翻揚契機，歐洲高收益債將是不錯的投資選擇。
天達分析，今年債市表現分歧，報酬相差可能達10%以上，公債指數受美國公債殖利率彈升風險影響較大，表現多不理想，但高收益債與利率敏感度較低，持續受資金追捧，表現相對突出。
天達投顧強調，歐債風暴前歐洲企業與私人債務占存款比率飆升，但經過近幾年努力去槓桿化後，私部門債務比重已大幅降低。
JPM統計，5月28日止，義大利與西班牙的私部門債券比已由歐債風暴前平均193%降至147.4%；葡萄牙、希臘與愛爾蘭平均債務比也由174.3%降至151.2%，債務狀況改善，加上景氣轉佳，使歐洲企業債務違約率持續維持低檔。
美林資料顯示，2012年底至今年7月底止，歐洲高收益債違約率僅1.15%，處在長期相對低檔，遠優於美國高收益債違約率2.20%，及全球高收益債違約率2.09%。1020818

| 男子燒炭送醫 清醒後攻擊救護人員

【突發中心／新北報導】永和區中和路一棟大樓，今天凌晨3時許，傳出1名25歲男子燒炭自殺，警消獲報後趕到將他送醫，沒想到男子到院後清醒，竟攻擊救護員及院方醫護人員導致受傷。2名遭攻擊的救護人員將驗傷，不排除對男子提告。男子遭制止後，已被警員上銬。
