| 【短片】美火車相撞引大火 政府籲居民撤離

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】美國北達科塔州小鎮卡索頓（Casselton）周一發生一列運載原油的火車與運送大豆的火車相撞，車廂起火冒出大量濃煙，當局已呼籲附近居民撤離。
卡索頓有2400名居民，當地政府表示，依據國家氣象局預報的風向，濃煙將籠罩卡索頓上空，「強烈建議」住在東南方8公里內的居民儘速撤離，以免健康受影響。
由於運油列車有逾百節車廂，長達1.6公里，相撞後至少10節車廂起火，並數度傳出爆炸聲響。目前未傳出傷亡。

| 《刑法》三讀 偷拍、竊聽加重罰金至30萬

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院上午三讀通過《刑法》修正案，無故利用工具，或是用錄音、照相、錄影等方式，窺視、竊聽、或記錄他人非公開的活動、談話、身體隱私部位，可處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役，但罰金從現行的3萬元，提高到30萬元。
提案立委李俊俋說，隱私權是人民基本權利，侵犯他人隱私，若僅3萬元罰金太少，因此提高10倍，增加法官裁量空間。

| 戀態男為「打手槍」 偷27件女用內衣褲

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名打零工為生陳姓男子專偷晾在庭院女用內衣褲，用來「打手槍」後丟棄，前後3次共偷了2件內衣、25件內褲，其中1次進入被害女子庭院翻找，但找不到女用內衣褲作罷離去，不過他事後仍不死心，1周後又返回現場，一口氣怒偷了10件內衣褲。
警方獲報循線將陳男逮捕，訊後依法將他移送法辦。法官認為陳男坦承犯行，且竊盜手段平和，判處拘役90天或9萬元罰金，全案可上訴。
