胖達人添香精 涉廣告不實 可罰20萬

知名麵包店「胖達人」，遭網友踢爆，產品標榜天然酵母，其實卻添加人工香精，台北市衛生局前往「胖達人」敦南店，稽查店家使用的食品添加物，發現店家使用的食材，的確包括人工香料，與店家標榜的天然不符，已經涉及廣告不實，可處四到二十萬元不等罰款。北市消保官表示，由於胖達人涉及廣告不實，消費者可以持發票或信用卡簽單等購買證明，要求退費。(林麗玉報導)

知名麵包店「胖達人手感烘焙麵包」，遭一名香港網友踢爆，麵包店標榜的天然酵母製作，並非天然，其實添加了人工香精，台北市衛生局二十二號隨即前往「胖達人」敦南店稽查，稽查麵包店使用的食品添加物，發現現場有龍眼、楓糖、巧克力、荔枝、伯爵紅茶醬、紅酒酒醬、檸檬優格醬、藍莓、覆盆莓等九項人工香料，其中藍莓香料外包裝上標示有食用色素藍色一號、紅色六號、紅色七號等，而不同的人工香料，使用在不同的口味麵包，衛生局食品藥物管理處長邱秀儀說，胖達人使用的人工香料儘管屬於合法的添加物，不過業者特別宣稱無化學添加，已經涉及了廣告不實，如果查證屬實，可以依照違反

食品衛生管理法處四到二十萬元罰款。不過由於胖達人的總公司及中央廚房都位於新北市，後續會移請新北市衛生局辦理，北市消保官表示，胖達人已經涉及廣告不實，已經違反消保法，胖達人應該放寬消費者要求退費，如果有消費者持購買發票、或信用卡簽單等，都可以要求退費，消保官也會成立消費申訴管道，消費者如果要求退費遭拒，可以透過協商，集體要求業者退費。
