| 台灣7月製造業生產指數 中止連5衰

經濟部今天公布7月製造業生產指數為105.18，年增2%，中止連五月衰退。
製造業主要行業別中，以基本金屬業年增11.56%最多。經濟部指出，國內鋼鐵大廠為因應高爐歲修，先行拉高產量進行備料，加上海外下游鋼鐵加工廠對熱軋需求提升，使本月基本金屬生產較高。
經濟部調查製造業對8月營運狀況看法，以產值計算的動向指數為49.4，跌回代表預期生產將減少的50以下，顯示8月生產指數將與7月相近。
另一方面，7月零售業營業額為3,272億元，年減1.0%，結束連三個月上升走勢。經濟部解釋，去年同期因節能家電補助墊高基期，加上今年PC和筆記型電腦需求相對較弱所致。
展望下月表現，由於以營業額計算的零售業動向指數為47.5，低於50以下，顯示近期仍將維持盤整走勢。

| 台股漲、出口商拋匯 新台幣早盤升破30、勁揚逾1角

在台股走揚，出口商逢高出脫美元，新台幣兌美元匯價23日早盤升破30元，盤中一度來到29.955元、升值1.72角，不過，由於亞洲貨幣兌美元仍普遍偏弱，新台幣升勢有限，隨後在29.98元陷入盤整。
亞洲貨幣在經歷前一交易日貶值後，韓元轉趨盤整，一度升破1120韓元兌1美元價位，後來又拉回至1120韓元兌1美元震盪；日圓仍偏弱，貶破99日圓兌1美元；人民幣兌美元中間價來到6.171元，較前一交易日貶值0.0012元。
至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，23日早盤以30.12元小升開出後，在台股走揚，出口商拋匯之下，新台幣隨即升破30元，盤中一度來到29.955元、升值1.72角
不過，由於亞洲貨幣兌美元仍偏弱，韓元反彈至1117韓元後，又拉回至1120韓元兌1美元價位，新台幣升勢也受限，在29.98元陷入盤整，截至上午9時45分為止，新台幣兌美元匯價來到29.975元、升值1.52角。
