| 宜蘭發防災頭套 公私幼兒園統統有

宜蘭縣政府去年全面發放防災頭套給國中、小學生，幼兒教育事業學會理事長俞劉瓊真發現公立幼兒園也有防災頭套，但私立幼兒園的小朋友卻沒有，向縣議員賴瑞鼎陳情，要求一視同仁。
但記者向員山鄉立幼兒園求證，他們也說沒收到，並指只有國小附幼的小朋友有防災頭套。
縣教育處長吳清鏞說，防災頭套去年先發給國中、小學，國小附設幼兒園，幼托整合去年底才告一段落，今年再訂製1萬4500個防災頭套，9月開學會配送，公私立幼兒園統統都有，升小一未取得防災頭套的也會補發。他強調，公、私立幼兒園的小朋友都是縣民，怎麼可能會大小眼？
賴瑞鼎說，有幼兒園防災講師反映，只公立幼兒園有防災頭套，私立幼兒園沒有，教師節送禮物給老師，那有分公立私立？應該所有幼兒園都1個防災頭套，平時放在桌子上趴睡也不錯。
宜蘭縣幼兒教育事業學會監事廖恆毅說，縣府應一視同仁，之前他們獲得的訊息是小學以上才有防災頭套，最近才知公立幼兒園也有，私立幼兒園卻沒有，防災頭套在地震防災練習幫助很大，尤其在多地震的宜蘭。

| 敘反對派：西方國家必須採取行動

敘利亞主要反對派主席24日表示，呼籲西方國家介入調查造成敘利亞境內1,300人死亡的化武攻擊。
敘利亞主要反對派的「敘利亞全國聯盟」(Syrian National Coalition)領袖賈巴(Ahmad Assi Jarba)24日表示，21日敘利亞首都大馬士革(Damascus)周邊爆發嚴重的化武攻擊，呼籲聯合國、英國、法國與阿拉伯國家對此採取「嚴格的步驟與行動」。
賈巴在伊斯坦堡的一場記者會上說：「我希望國際社群能夠起身行動，而非口頭說說而已。我們已經忍受太多的言詞，我們需要的是嚴格的步驟與行動。」賈巴表示，美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)應該與英法兩國領導人一同主導介入。
賈巴說，在聯合國的支持下，西方國家必須採取嚴格手段介入敘利亞，使敘利亞人不再接連遭到不論傳統或化武的殺害。
賈巴也表示，至今外界對敘利亞發生化武攻擊的回應，在道德與法律上並未達到敘利亞人的期待。
