　　「2013臺北國際牛肉麵節」昨（29）日宣佈開跑，自9/1起將陸續推出「遇見‧牛肉麵」徵文評選、「全國大開嚐麵」聯合行銷優惠、「廚神爭霸賽」、「國際名廚邀請賽」等，最後並由11/9-10於臺北圓山花博公園舉辦的「九牛奔騰‧大開場麵嘉年華會」壓軸登場，將帶給市民一個濃郁的牛肉麵饗宴。

　　今年牛肉麵節「文武並重，中外兼具」，北市府一口氣推出「遇見‧牛肉麵」徵文評選活動、「廚神爭霸賽」及「國際名廚邀請賽」，3類賽事總獎金（品）超過新臺幣40萬！無論您是文人、廚師或是饕客，都有大顯身手的好機會。

　　 商業處黃以育處長表示，牛肉麵節重視餐飲學術資源之結合，盼提供學生與教育界很好的建教合作平台。特別的是，今年初賽將首度透過「南部」與「北部」賽事海選各方高手，「南部初賽」將於10/5~6於臺南台灣首府大學辦理；「北部初賽」則於10/19~20於臺北開南工商辦理；總決賽訂於11/9~10於本市圓山花博公園舉行。

　　為了讓牛肉麵飄香到全臺各個角落，北市府預計10月份推出「全國大開嚐麵」優惠活動，屆時將同步串聯全國牛肉麵業者與特定客運業者跨業、跨縣市辦理聯合行銷，相當精采可期！此外，今年牛肉麵節全面採e化報名，有興趣共同參與行銷及報名上述賽事的牛肉麵業者或個人，請上活動官網或臺北市商業處網站查詢。（照片／ 臺北市商業處提供）

幾乎與他同齡的前行政院長郝柏村、前退輔會主委許歷農，都來到這裡與他揮別。只不過，另一位年邁的老友李登輝，卻未能到場，只派了李辦主任王燕軍出席，王燕軍不願受訪，禮拜未結束就倉促離去。

三陽董事會日前決議發行上限5500萬美元海外可轉債，自然人董事吳清源與高力川今天聲明反對，指出發行可轉債將影響公司及股東權益。

吳清源今天登報聲明，表示三陽無重大資金需求，關係企業資金尚稱充裕，無耗費鉅資成本發行海外可轉債的必要，包括吳清源與高力川都在董事會中表明反對，不過仍無法阻止其他董事通過此案。

根據三陽公告，將發行5年期海外可轉債，發行上限5500萬美元，支應外幣購買原物料需求。

三陽近期股價狂飆，8月以來漲幅超過4成，今天盤中一度創下1998年11月以來新高，最高達43.65元，不過今天大幅震盪，一度從漲停板43.65元打落平盤之下。
