美股在休市一天後，周二展開補漲，另金管會祭出提振股市3大措施，在政策利多激勵下，台股今天不排除挑戰8100點關卡。

美股雖因美國可能對敘利亞採取行動，開高走低，道瓊工業指數盤中一度跌落平盤下，不過，在製造業擴張速度優於預期，加上微軟宣布收購諾基亞手機事業激勵下，終場仍收紅。

美國道瓊工業指數上漲23.65點，漲幅0.16%；那斯達克指數漲22.74點，漲幅0.63%；標普500指數漲6.8點，漲幅0.42%；費城半導體指數漲3.94點，漲幅0.86%。

國內外產業訊息方面，金管會宣布提振股市三大措施，將開放 200檔權值股「先買後賣」現股當沖，並開放所有可融資券股票平盤下放空，同時放寬自營商買賣漲跌停板股票。

經濟部長張家祝也表示，未來 100萬美元以下投資案，將由目前「許可制」，改為「原則許可、事後申報制」。

行動寬頻業務(4G)釋照起跑，根據媒體報導，7家業者經歷十回合出價後，累計總標金已逾新台幣200億元。

為期3天的國際半導體展今天登場。

另據媒體報導，蘋果(Apple)正式發出媒體邀請函，將於10日舉行新產品發表會。
