【台灣醒報記者莊瑞萌綜合報導】美國一所大學研究發現，女性朋友在第一次月經來潮到懷孕期間，若染上每天喝酒的習慣，罹患乳癌的風險將增加13％，得增生性良性乳房疾病的機率也會提高15％。國際癌症研究署已將酒精列為乳癌兇手之一，官方報告指出，一天攝取酒精飲料達10公克，罹患乳癌的風險將增加7％至10％。

華盛頓大學醫學院首度將女性懷孕前飲酒與乳癌風險作相關連結，研究者收集了1989年至2009年共9萬多名母親的健康病歷，並詳細分析她們在青少年時期喝酒的習慣與日後出現乳癌之間的關係，研究者劉盈（譯音）表示，「身為家長應該教育女兒喝酒與乳房疾病與癌症的關係，這相當重要，因為女孩子在這一段期間是關鍵時期。」

研究者發現，女性在青少年時期若有每天小酌的習慣，不管是啤酒、紅酒或是烈酒，罹患乳癌風險將增加13％，罹患增生性良性乳房疾病的風險，也跟著提高15％。增生性良性乳房疾病的出現甚至會增加高達5倍罹患乳癌的風險。

研究者高帝茲提醒說，「現在大學甚至高中校園裡，越來越多女學生經常飲酒，很少人能知道這所帶來的風險。」但研究結果相當明顯，趁早戒除喝酒習慣才是降低日後乳癌風險的根本之道。」

研究者認為，從早期乳房發育初期到第一次懷孕期間乳房進入完全發育，這階段是乳房組織密集成長的時候，乳房組織對於女性荷爾蒙相當敏感，許多乳癌病例都可發現是受到雌激素刺激而產生有關，由於酒精會影響雌激素分泌，因此可以間接說明飲酒與乳癌間的關係。

本次研究結果刊登在《 Journal of the National Cancer Institute》期刊。
