【台灣醒報記者蔡惠玲台中報導】精神分裂症應更名為思覺失調症。台中大里仁愛醫院精神科醫師官達人表示，思覺失調症患者因為大腦中多巴胺分泌過多，影響大腦整體的思考、語言、判斷等功能。台北市立聯合醫院精神科醫師張祺康也表示，思覺失調症是思考、感覺統合失調的慢性疾病，患者因為腦中傳導物質分泌不平衡，導致耳邊出現人聲幻聽、被害妄想，造成身心極度不適。

官達人表示，思覺失調症有幻聽、自言自語、多疑、思考混亂、妄想症，因此影響社交及生活功能。主因是大腦中的多巴胺分泌過多，影響大腦的思考、語言、判斷的功用。思覺失調症患者以往被稱為精神分裂症，台灣精神醫學會曾提出以「思覺失調症」取代「精神分裂症」名稱，希望為精神病患者去汙名化。

「思覺失調症好發年齡是20-35歲，發生率是千分之三，男女發病比例差不多。」官達人說，經過服藥治療後，有3分之1患者可在一般職場正常上班，3分之1須在庇護工場工作，3分之1必須住進康復之家恢復。官達人建議，雖然精神科藥物有副作用，但是患者須服藥治療，以免病情惡化。

張祺康解釋，思覺失調症是思考、感覺統合失調的慢性疾病。患者產生妄想、混亂思考、幻聽、幻視等症狀，早期被稱為精神分裂症，但精神分裂症名稱易給人負面印象，所以提出「思覺失調症」，希望能取代「精神分裂症」。

「思覺失調症在國內盛行率約為1%，男性略多於女性，好發年齡在青春期或成人早期。」張祺康說，患者會因為腦中傳導物質分泌不平衡而大腦過度敏感，導致耳邊出現人聲幻聽、被害妄想，身心極度不適。在抗精神病藥物使用下，可調整腦中分泌，但因為疾病本身和體質關連性大，所以必須長期規律服藥避免復發。

張祺康提出，患者即使在病情穩定期，仍有社交退縮、話少、衛生習慣髒亂等情況，在醫療專業評估之下，建議患者可以嘗試進入復健體系，如：社區型的復健中心、日間留院、康復之家，以增強患者的社交及職業意願。
