【吳家翔／台北報導】立法院長王金平與立法院民進黨團總召柯建銘疑涉關說，監察院長王建煊今主動對媒體說，此事特偵組幹得好，大家要給特偵組按個讚，要給特偵組鼓勵，他不以為然說，有些人還要去打特偵組，「笑話！」對於外界有要解散特偵組的聲音，王反嗆：「特偵組怎麼可撤銷？幹得好，應按讚。」

王建煊也呼籲立法院應該趕快制定「民意代表行為規範法」，規範哪些事可做，哪些不能做，做了會怎樣，希望立院這會期就通過，比照洪仲丘案火速通過軍審法修正案一樣，未來對關說的事情，多少會有點約束。對於馬總統昨召開記者會抨擊王金平關說是民主最恥辱的一天，還反問：「這不叫關說，什麼才是關說？」王建煊肯定說：「完全答對了」。

王建煊今說，如立法院長王金平與立法院民進黨團總召柯建銘關說屬實，兩人應辭職。王說，他今天講這樣的話，也會擔心監察院的預算到立法院沒過，但台灣人每個人如擔心怕死，都為了自己，台灣當然每下愈況，年年吃老本，因此他當然要講話。

王建煊說，他講這些話，一定會有人罵他大嘴巴，質疑他跳出來幹麻？他說他已經75歲，餘日不多，這種事非講不可，怎麼樣，也不會天塌下來吧！
