| 昌福公托中心 開幕

新北市鶯歌區第一家公共托育中心-昌福公共托育中心日前開幕，位在鶯歌區昌福國小內，結合現有設施及空間，為鄰近社區家庭提供托育服務，並融合鶯歌特色文化，做陶土牆面裝飾、開設與「泥土」有關課程，已開始接受當地市民報名登記。
該中心理事表廖素蘭表示，中心針對不同收托年齡分為陶釉班（見圖）、琉璃班、彩晶班，親子服務則設有陶藝森林迎賓區、泥巴牆、水墨塗鴉牆、尋寶配對遊戲牆及攝影舞台等。
廖素蘭指出，鶯歌昌福公共托育中心開幕後隨即召開家長說明會外，另外十五日上午十時及下午二時還各有一場，歡迎家長蒞臨參加，自即日起至九月二十六日下午五時止接受報名，如超過核准收托名額，將於九月二十八日上午十時辦理公開抽籤，預定十月七日起陸續收托。
新北市社會局表示，新北市每一家公托都善用民間資源並活化閒置空間，而這一所公托直接設置在小學裡，讓孩子從○歲到十二歲都可在昌福國小成長學習，等於實現另一種「十二年國教」，而新北公托中心最大的特色，就是結合了親子館與托育服務，希望這間充滿陶藝特色的親子館，也能成為社區居民與孩子最喜歡的休憩空間。
