| 敘利亞反對派拒絕接受美俄化武協議

敘利亞反對派表示，不會接受美俄兩國就敘利亞化武問題達成的協議，又表示反對派不會停火。
「敘利亞自由軍」總參謀長伊德里斯，在土耳其伊斯坦堡說，協議只是美國與俄羅斯的交易，敘利亞政府軍已經在黎巴嫩和伊拉克，部署化學武器，反對派不可能接受在明年銷毀化武。
伊拉克政府否認敘利亞反對派的指控，總理馬利基的媒體顧問說，伊拉克人曾經是化武的受害者，伊拉克反對在任何地方、以任何理由，儲存化學武器。

| 游錫堃：只要10名藍委就能彈劾馬英九

民進黨將發動彈劾總統馬英九行動，前行政院長游錫堃15日受訪時表示，馬英九彈劾案不是絕對不會過，但需要有良知的國民黨立委願意站在人民利益角度上，只要10位藍委願意站出來就有可能通過。
據媒體消息報導，前副總統呂秀蓮發起「公民罷馬聯盟」，民進黨主席蘇貞昌宣布將在立法院提出彈劾馬英九案，對此，游錫堃15日表示，民進黨在國會是少數，就算發動彈劾，也很難通過，「罷免比較容易讓人家覺得我們在救馬，彈劾應是民進黨盡力去做，比較不會變成藍綠對決」。
游錫堃說，人民對民進黨有期待，所以身為在野黨要監督執政黨。現在國民黨在內鬥，「政黨有政黨的決定，但政黨行動容易被馬英九轉為藍綠對決，反之，公民行動就不會。」
游錫堃說明，彈劾案不是絕對不可能通過，只是需要藍綠合作才有辦法。只要有10位願意為人民著想，敢站出來說話的藍委，就能順利成功。只要能夠在立院成案並通過，後續發展就不是問題了。
