【綜合報導】行政院長江宜樺上周二無法順利在立法院上台報告，今天將再度到立法院院會受到關注。

據《壹電視》報導，今上午9點立院進行國是論壇，民進黨立委許智傑改編《總舖師》歌曲，諷馬「民調軟趴趴」，全場哄堂大笑，立法院長王金平則是完全沒有表情。葉宜津宣布發動倒閣，高喊：「讓我放任一次，歡迎各位連署」。

今年中國多地霧霾、水污染事件加劇民眾對環境問題的擔憂。

皮尤研究中心的2013年度調查發現，中國公眾越來越擔心空氣和水污染等環境問題。

與此同時，雖然多數中國人對中國經濟發展看法更積極，但也都普遍擔心經濟快速增長帶來的一系列副作用，比如通貨膨脹和貧富差距。

超過半數（53%）的受訪民眾認為政治腐敗是個很大的問題，這個問題因為最近對前重慶市委書記薄熙來的審判更為突出。

雖然可支配的收入增加，很多中國人擔心食品、藥品安全和商品質量問題。在受訪者中，這部分人的比例在過去5年裏大幅增多。

上述結論是皮尤研究中心2013年3月4日至4月6日期間進行的民意調查得出的結果。3226人接受了面對面的問答調查。

樂觀和擔憂

中國公眾對本國的經濟前景期望很高。80%的受訪者說，期待未來12個月裏中國經濟狀況有所改善。這種看法是皮尤研究中心2013年在其進行調查的39個國家中最為樂觀的。

而從長遠來說，82%的受訪者認為他們的孩子長大後，生活會比其父母更好。這個比例也是在各國中最高的。

但是，這種樂觀情緒也參雜著越來越多的各種擔憂。至少有70%的受訪者把問卷中的17項問題看作很大的問題，或者較大的問題。

他們中超過半數都列出3個最讓人擔心的「非常」大的問題：59%的人擔心通貨膨脹；52%的人擔心貧富加劇（69%的人認為近年來貧富加劇惡化）和53%的人擔心官員腐敗。

由於過去一年以來包括霧霾、黃浦江死豬等環境問題，擔憂環境惡化的民眾比例大幅上升。47%的民眾擔憂環境污染，在2012年的皮尤調查中這個比例只有11%。40%的人擔心水質量。
