鴻海富士康山東煙台廠中秋節連假期間，發生員工在宿生發生械鬥事件，貴州籍員工與山東籍員工發生大規模衝突。鴻海今天證實此事，但事態已平息。

根據大陸媒體報導，這起衝突肇因於兩對情侶在網咖上網時，2 女發生爭執，雙方分屬貴州與山東籍的男友為女友大打出手，並砸壞網咖電腦。網咖老闆偏袒在地的山東人，貴州人深感憤怒，趕回富士康宿舍糾集同是貴州出身的同鄉進行報復。

鴻海昨天證實，9 月20、21日，富士康煙台廠區少數職工自行於園區外商家自行聚集喝酒過中秋節，酒後兩夥人發生爭執，導致聚集鬥毆，現場約300、400人圍觀，造成11人輕傷入院，無重傷、無死亡。

事情發生後，當地政府非常重視，第一時間成立現場工作組，即時出警控制局面，平息事件，受傷者立刻送醫治療，並即刻整頓周遭商家，處理帶頭滋事人員。公司已對滋事員工進行教育處理。目前事態已平息。
