【呂品逸╱新北報導】新北市今天下午3時許，1名陳姓男子在三重中興橋往台北方向情緒激動，疑似要從橋上跳下，路過民眾趕緊報警，警消獲報趕到現場，對陳男好言相勸，及時將陳男拉離橋邊，帶回派出所裡安撫，警方表示陳男疑因為長期罹患疾病未癒，因此才想不開，警方目前正安撫陳男並通知陳男家屬帶回。

位於祀典武廟六和堂的全台第一所幼稚園－「台南共立幼稚園」29日舉行揭碑儀式，市長賴清德強調，這場揭碑儀式顯示台南市是對教育最重視的城市，對台南市來說是歷史性的一刻。

市長賴清德說，大家都知道全台首學在台南，但很少人知道，全台第一所幼稚園也在台南，感謝台南市教育會理事長沈銘賢以及各界的努力，讓台南市文化資產再添一項全台第一的榮耀，對台南文化教育地位的提升可說功德無量。

台南市政府文獻委員會去年4月正式通過台南市教育會理事長沈銘賢的提案，確認設立於1897年，位於國家一級古蹟祀典武廟裡的六合堂火神廟的「台南共立幼稚園」，就是全台第一所幼稚園。

根據國史館檔案，前清廩生蔡夢熊在1897年擔任台南教育會的幹事，發現日本的新式幼稚園保育制度對兒童成長助益頗大，因此積極遊說台南教育會重要成員，在1897年12月1日於關帝廟內火神廳開創全台第一所幼稚園，招收20名兒童，並由蔡夢熊擔任園長。但因人員、經費問題未能克服，3年後便宣告關閉。

由於祀典武廟六合堂在今年1月修復完工，市府文化局安排配合「2013年孔廟文化節」活動，在祀典武廟六合堂前設立[全臺第一所共立幼稚園園址]石碑，並由賴清德市長與各界貴賓共同揭碑啟用。

業者表示，目前一般市售50型電視售價約2萬5千元以上。另推7吋平板，配備四核心處理器，加上影音分享棒，組合售價6990元，可將平板畫面同步到電視上分享，打出市場同規格最低的組合價吸客。

全家便利商店日前也推北美品牌VIZIO瑞旭科技顯示器預購活動，47型2萬4999元，本月29日前預購47型加贈價值平板或網路攝影機。
