【綜合報導】美國共和黨把持的聯邦眾議院，剛才以228票贊成、201票反對的結果，通過新版的臨時預算案，但法案中仍挾帶擱置「歐記健保」的條款，預料稍後仍會被民主黨主導的參院否決。
 
若參眾兩院未能在10月1日新預算年度開始前達成共識，美國政府大部份部門將在台灣時間中午12時起面臨停止運作的窘境。

【李英婷／台北報導】律師陳長文昨投書媒體，建議解散國會解決當前政治僵局，行政院長江宜樺今上午到立法院受訪表示，根據《憲法》規定，解散國會之前，必須先由立法院對行政院提出不信任案，若通過，行政院長必須辭職，並且在10日內呈請總統解散國會。江說，這是憲政重要問題，但因行政院會是這過程中的當事人之一，通過不信任案是立法院職權，所以尊重立法院決定。

立法院會今第四度邀請江宜樺施政報告，面對在野黨的杯葛，江宜樺表示，希望能夠依憲規定，進行必要施政報告與總質詢。媒體問，今天有信心上得了台嗎？江說，一切交由黨團協商。

至於國民黨將再提抗告，立法院長王金平受訪時不願多談，僅表示，「謝謝關心，一切依程序走。」媒體問，是否希望國民黨不要再提抗告？王說，他不便評論。
