| 「就是我燒的！」 男子燒完機車隨即自首

【陳冠宇／新北報導】「松江街那台機車就是我燒的啦！」今天凌晨1時許，新北市消防局獲報板橋松江街上有台機車起火燃燒，警消獲報後隨即前往救援，同時間一鄭男子正在當地的江翠派出所自首，表示機車就是他燒的，警方於是將他帶到現場了解狀況。
警方表示，涉嫌機車縱火的鄭姓男子有毒品前科，三個多月前才剛假釋出獄，昨日疑與阿姨的同居友人王女發生口角，才會懷恨將她的機車從巷弄內牽至松江街路中，以裝有汽油的寶特瓶插在坐墊上縱火洩憤，然後立馬至派出所自首，大喊機車就是他燒的，訊後將鄭男依公共危險罪送辦。

| 捷運共構宅標售 每坪破百萬

台北市捷運局今天標售松山線南京三民站共構宅「藏富」，共標售7戶，有5戶順利脫標，其中一戶以每坪115萬元脫標，平均脫標價也達每坪104萬元，均創捷運共構宅標售新高。捷運局表示，流標的2戶將在3個月內重新公告標售。
台灣房屋智庫研究員洪佩君表示，「藏富」為中大坪數規劃，此次底價6400~7300萬元，過去捷運局標售高總價共構宅，標況都不是很理想，但今天脫標率達到7成，且脫標價創新高，一方面顯示房市仍有相當熱度，另一方面，規畫較佳的捷運共構宅也能獲得民眾青睞，不一定只有套房熱門。
「藏富」位於北市松山區南京東路5段、三民路口，為捷運局與興富發聯合開發共構宅，有別於其他共構宅多為套房產品，「藏富」規劃65~110坪，均為中大坪數，共有112戶，捷運局分回7戶，全數於今天標售。

| 立院初審通過 訂定國民體育日

立法院教育與文化委員會今初審通過修正「國民體育法」，明定九月九日為「國民體育日」，當天各級政府的公共運動設施必須免費開放供民眾使用；另外，為鼓勵運動風氣，針對高中以下學校及五專前三年學生，除一般體育課程外，也新增每週運動時數不得低於一百五十小時的規定。
