立法院內政委員會昨舉行兩岸服貿協議第三、四場公聽會，與會醫療衛生產業代表質疑，開放後將讓台灣醫療環境更形惡化，且簽服貿無法解決台灣醫療問題，而資工學者也認為，開放二類電訊將讓台灣被監聽；陸委會主委王郁琦回應說，政府將嚴格把關。

立院昨上午進行醫療衛生產業界公聽會，台北榮總醫學研究科主任郭正典指出，醫院是生命業不是服務業，不能隨便開放；萬芳醫院主治醫生潘建志也批評，現已有四百名台灣醫生穿梭兩岸行醫，成為「假日飛刀手」，未來醫生「五大皆空」問題將更嚴重。

在昨下午第四場公聽會上，交通大學資訊工程系教授林盈達表示，政府過去曾禁止使用華為、中興兩大陸系產品，現服貿協議卻開放第二類電訊產業、可開店面，。林盈達認為，這根本是木馬屠城條款，未來政務官手機可能都被監聽。

至於對文化產業的衝擊，詩人閻鴻亞（鴻鴻）昨指出，台灣經濟依賴中國，中國未來又在文化施加影響力，將對台灣產生致命影響，且立院公聽會太過倉促、代表性不足，而文化部承諾八月底提出衝擊影響評估報告也跳票，「在報告出爐之前，立法院不應審議」。

【丁牧群／台北報導】針對特偵組監聽立法院0972總機風波，民進黨立委段宜康今上午火力全開，在立法院司法及法制委員會質詢時，數度敲桌質問北院院長吳水木「台北地院為什麼到現在還沒通知立法院曾經被通訊監察(監聽)！」
 
吳回答：「依據《通保法》只要通知被監察人。」意指該案的被監察人是立委柯建銘，只須通知柯即可。段宜康火大說：「立法院實質上就是被監聽，難道監聽完畢後，不必通知立法院嗎？」吳一時語塞，想了幾秒才答非所問說：「如果司法院要求我們通知…。」段宜康直搖頭說：「你們台北地院也是被害人耶。」吳想都沒想立刻答：「是啊。」
