【陳培煌／台北報導】代表總統馬英九出席第21屆APEC經濟領袖會議的前副總統蕭萬長與日本首相安倍晉三今在會議開始前在場邊見面，蕭萬長向安倍轉達馬總統問候之意，表示馬總統十分重視我與日本「特殊夥伴關係」，盼進一步加強雙邊經貿及文化等各層面的合作。

外交部下午發布新聞稿說，蕭萬長向安倍表示台日雙方經貿關係緊密，希望以「堆積木」方式逐步深化各項經貿合作，在投資協議簽署後，繼續就其他多項領域，展開進一步協商，提升經貿合作關係。 

安倍則感謝台灣對東日本大震災提供援贈。蕭萬長表示，台日都位處天然災害頻仍發生地帶，雙方可在防災、救災方面加強交流合作，同時期盼日本早日自震災中復原。

【張菱育／台北報導】近期中國大陸「十一」長假，不少台商趁返台假期看屋，業者表示，半個多月來看屋人潮增加，其中又以鎖定首購及換屋族的建案最為熱絡。

鄉林不動產研究室發現，趁回台度假兼看屋的民眾趕在年底前簽約置產，可能因美國QE(Quantitative easing量化寬鬆)政策延後退場，且短期內還不會提升房貸利息，因此想趕在利率維持低檔時進場買房。

鄉林建設目前推出新案包括延平北路六段的「鄉林左岸」、淡水紅樹林捷運站旁的「鄉林山海滙」。
