| 吃香腸、培根 傷精

男人如果想要當父親，最好少吃香腸、培根等加工肉品，以吃魚取代，較能增加另一半懷孕機率。美國最新研究發現，男人就算每天只吃一片培根或一根小香腸，也會傷害精子品質，對生育大大不利。但如果以鱈魚、扁鱈（大比目魚）、虱目魚等白肉魚代替加工肉品，就能大幅提升生殖能力。
研究作者指出，越來越多證據顯示，生活習慣會深深影響生育能力，像抽菸、喝酒、壓力太大的人生小孩機率就會比較低，運動、改善飲食則可幫助提升生殖能力。
研究作者分析，紅肉含有較多殺蟲劑或其他人工、化學物質，這些物質都可能干擾荷爾蒙作用，進而影響男性生殖能力，魚肉白色的魚往往富含礦物質鋅，醫界、營養學界普遍認為，鋅有助提升男性生殖能力。
這項研究近日已發表於美國生殖醫學會學術研討會，美國哈佛大學研究人員以一百五十六名男性為研究對象，這些男性都正在接受人工試管嬰兒療程，研究人員比較他們的飲食習慣。級果發現，每天吃半份加工肉品的男性精子形狀正常比率只占百分之五點五，相較之下，吃較少加工肉品的男性精子形狀正常比率為百分之七點二。
研究也發現，男性若每兩天吃一份白色魚類，相當於一天吃半份白色魚類，精子品質會比很少吃白色魚類的人更優。研究首席作者馬利安‧阿菲切接受英國「匪日郵報」訪問時指出，從研究結果來看，多攝取加工肉品會傷害精子品質，而食用魚類則會幫助提升精子品質。
