| 丁柔安為胡瓜買賓士車被坑 求償折舊損失遭敗訴

藝人丁柔安2年前替胡瓜購買了一台賓士頂級吉普車G55 AMG，卻因車商郭涵文侵占尾款，導致車輛無法掛牌上路。丁為此向郭求償車輛「折舊」損失217萬元，高院認為該車早晚都會折舊，折舊損失非郭男造成，判丁敗訴。丁昨回應：「一直有意和解，但對方不出面。律師估算的就是我這段期間的損失。」
高院指丁柔安的損失應是「郭男造成延遲交車1年期間，無法用車的損失」，而非「折舊金額」，意即丁求償主張不對才會敗訴。郭的律師則表示：「謝謝法官掌握主要爭點，做正確判決。」
2011年4月，丁柔安花了596萬元委託澤方公司董事郭涵文從美國進口該車，但因尾款175萬元遭郭侵占，美國原廠扣留出廠證明。刑事部分，郭已被依業務侵占罪判刑8月定讞，法官另告發他涉嫌偽造文書及詐欺，案件目前審理中。

【陳雍仁╱綜合報導】美國CBS運動網昨報導，NFL(National Football League，美國美式足球職業聯盟)卡羅萊納黑豹隊明星防守邊衛哈迪(Greg Hardy，見圖)在接受訪問時向詹姆士(LeBron James)嗆聲：「如果我和他1對1單挑籃球，我會打爆他！」CBS運動網記者提問：「如果你和詹姆士單挑籃球，誰會贏？」哈迪答：「我該怎麼回答這個問題？我應該會打爆這個傢伙吧，雖然他是我最喜愛的球員，但最終勝利者一定是我，因為我是頭野獸！我有投籃手感，還能控球，體型也不錯。」
據NFL官網，哈迪身高193公分、體重132公斤，雖比詹姆士矮10公分，卻重了近14公斤，重點是哈迪的籃球底子確實不差，在Youtube(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ZgTmuohIDA)有段他花式灌籃的影片，彈跳力驚人。
