推特工程師 賺得比蘋果多

（中央社台北2013年10月18日電）微網誌網站推特（Twitter Inc.）一旦IPO（初次公開售股）後，許多員工在帳面上即將躍居百萬富豪。但目前，谷歌與雅虎工程師的平均薪資仍超越推特。

根據美國求職資訊網站Glassdoor Inc.調查發現，全美工程師薪資排行榜中，推特排名第5，平均年薪為12萬4863美元。這份調查並未納入股票薪酬（stock-based compensation）。

調查發現，全球次大電腦網路設備製造商瞻博網路（Juniper Networks US-JNPR）工程師的平均薪水以15萬9990美元居冠，之後依序為全球最大專業人士社群網站人際關係網（LinkedIn Corp. US-LNKD）、雅虎（Yahoo！US-YHOO）與谷歌公司（Google Inc. US-GOOG）。

推特快馬加鞭籌備IPO之前，也加緊招兵買馬。推特曾表示，未來公司可能面對的風險包括招募工程師人才。推特第3季增加300名新血，目前總人力達2300 人。

全美正掀起一場軟體工程師搶人大戰，推特也身處其中。根據Glassdoor調查發現，舊金山的軟體工程師平均薪資11萬1885美元，遠遠超過美國其他地區。

身為推特工程師團隊負責人，資深副總裁傅萊（Christopher Fry）去年賺進1030萬美元，其中包括薪水、股票與紅利獎金等。

IPO後，推特將干冒著人才流失的風險，因屆時資深員工將獲准出售股票套現。

不過，推特樂而不倦工作的員工夢想添購一台新款特斯拉（Tesla）電動車，但他們可能會發現蘋果（Apple US-AAPL）或臉書（Facebook Inc. US-FB）提供的薪資不盡人意。蘋果的工程師平均年薪排名第6，比推特少了233美元，臉書則落居第9，平均年薪為12萬1507美元。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
