| 情人塔再營運 需提應變計畫及重新檢測

位在淡水漁人碼頭福容飯店旁的情人塔，16號發生升降設備故障，導致旅客受困事件，由於情人塔是瑞士製造，發生問題時需要瑞士專業技師才能解決，才會造成這次斷電發生時，台灣技師無法馬上修復的窘境，對此新北市政府表示，已經要求廠商自即日起暫時停止營運，必須提交緊急應變計畫及處置報告，而且要經工務局檢測確認設備及營運安全沒有問題後，才能恢復營運。
當初業者斥資3億多，打造全國唯一360度百米旋轉景觀塔，圓形透明座艙可搭載80名乘客，最吸引人的就是能從空中俯瞰淡水河美景；而情人塔是「淡水漁人碼頭休閒專用區觀光旅館及藝術大街」計劃案中的高空觀景台，2009年由福容飯店投資22億元、簽訂50年合約，於2011年5月21號開始正式對外營運。
