距離9月6日柯建銘司法關說疑案爆發，過了一個半月；距離柯建銘9月18日自請立法院紀律委員會調查，也過了超過一個月，立法院終於把這個紀律案排入議程，可望下周付委。什麼時候可以有個結果，還未可知，但我們必須呼籲，這個案子，真的不要再拖了。

這一個半月以來，監聽案衍生出數不清的嚴肅問題，國民黨從政爭走向大和解，特偵組和檢察總長黃世銘從揭發司法弊案的執法者，變成監聽國會的加害者。民眾看得眼花撩亂，只是最初的司法關說疑案，反而變得無人聞問。

立法院的紀律委員會此次之所以重要，在於無論在司法或者行政罰的層面，「立法委員司法關說」都無法可罰，甚至連監察院都動不了立委。唯一能讓這件事水落石出的，只有「國會自律」，也就是一立法院職權行使法成立的「紀律委員會」。

這段日子以來，立委們勤於圍剿黃世銘，恥笑馬英九，杯葛江宜樺，但卻對關說案不聞不問。紀律委員會虛晃一招，開了幾次會卻幾乎沒有進度，道理很簡單，就是不論基於人情或者政治，司法關說疑案的當事人是立法院兩個最重要的龍頭，朝野立委投鼠忌器，不能讓人諒解，卻能理解。只是眼看立法院的民調滿意度只剩六趴，比被立委們恥笑的馬總統九趴還低，繼續拖下去，就是繼續沈淪，整個立法院形象跟著陪葬。

雖然從紀律委員會的歷史來看，國會全面改選後只曾經在民國90年，處分過毆打李慶安的羅福助，但比起打人，司法關說更茲事體大，假如柯建銘想還自己清白，立法院想證明自己的正面價值，柯建銘的自請調查案，不要再拖了。
