金價跌 俄首次減持黃金部位

（中央社台北2013年10月28日電）根據國際貨幣基金（IMF）數據，俄羅斯9月1年來首次減少黃金儲備，墨西哥也連續第17個月減少持有，哈薩克則連續第12個月增加黃金儲備。

IMF網站數據顯示，俄羅斯減少黃金儲備約0.37公噸，成為1015.1公噸，加拿大和墨西哥也出售黃金。哈薩克黃金儲備則增加2.52公噸，達到137.04公噸。

9月金價3個月來首次下跌，主因美國聯準會意外未減少每月850億美元購債。8月由於預期聯準會將減購債而造成新興市場股價下跌和某些貨幣貶值。金價今年已下跌19%，主因投資人因全球經濟復甦的展望而減少持有指數股票型產品（ETP）。

摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）分析師李察遜（Peter Richardson）說：「由於購買黃金者大部分是新興市場，但過去數月新興市場發生了一些事情，買氣減緩和使用銀行資產負債作為其他用途，或直接出售應是合理的現象。當你將此與指數股票型基金（ETF）的脫手結合，整個定價方式開始變得更為合理。」

台北時間下午1時10分，上個月下跌4.8%的黃金現貨價格從25日的每盎司1350.80美元跌為1350.34美元。據彭博社彙編的數據，今年ETP的持有量每個月都下滑，資產隨之減少29%。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
