美麗華影城因4個映演廳放置「禁帶外食」公告，遭裁罰新台幣14萬元，美麗華影城不服，提起行政訴訟。台北高等行政法院24日判決美麗華勝訴。

美麗華大直影城為了禁帶外食一事，數度遭到開罰，對於「禁帶外食行政訴訟」案件，美麗華大直影城在上周五(25日)發出聲明說，目前未收到法院正式判決書，不便對此判決發表任何意見。
聲明指出，此次提起行政訴訟，始因於：美麗華大直影城於101年為了提供觀影消費者更多選擇，在影廳開放攜帶外食的選項之外，為回應顧客不想被特定食物氣味及噪音打擾的需求，並基於影廳環境清潔之有效維護，因此，當時於10個影廳中的4個影廳禁帶外食，以提供消費者不同的觀影「環境」選項。
聲明強調，美麗華大直影城未全面禁帶外食，而是提供兩種環境選項給顧客自行選擇。
聲明說，目前美麗華大直影城所有影廳外食規定皆和同業相同，並未禁帶所有外食，希望社會大眾不要誤解。
