| 彰化再度稽查全縣市售應下架油品 防漏網之魚

不法油品事件頻傳，經衛福部全面稽查市售油品又發現其他廠商、共十七件油品涉嫌混充、標示不實，今天在全台同步啟動「油安日」，彰化衛生局再度稽查全縣二十多處超商、大賣場與餐飲業，輔導不法油品全面下架，以防漏網之魚。

在大統與富味鄉公司爆發產製不法油品案之後，衛福部全面稽查產製市售油品共一百多加廠商、兩百七十多件的油品，除了泰山、味全的葡萄籽油，因為是從國外進口，還有待進一步檢測外，初步又發現涵蓋有部份區域性製油廠，所生產共十七件胡麻油等油品，也涉嫌混充、標示不實，要求涉嫌業者全面進行下架回收，並在十一月一號在全台同步啟動「油安日」，持續稽查市售油品；其中對追查黑心油品不餘遺力的彰化縣衛生局，一早就指派三十多位稽查人員，兵分多路前往全縣二十多處超商、大賣場與餐飲業者，輔導不法油品全面下架，也順道稽查餐飲業者是否還在使用大統與富味鄉的不法油品，以防有漏網之魚，以確保消費者的權益。
至於先前被衛福部檢測認為脂肪酸出現異常的「泰山企業」所進口與產製的橄欖油，稽查人員表示，複查的檢體還再進一步檢測中，初步是以「不違法」認定，並沒有在下架名單，真正結果還是必須等進一步檢測結果才能釐清！

| 黃世銘遭起訴 綠委：欣慰 也該查馬

檢察總長黃世銘涉嫌洩密造遭到北檢起訴。對此，
民進黨立院黨團幹事長高志鵬表示，他對此感到欣慰。不過高志鵬還是質疑，北檢針對與馬英九相關的情節是否有調查清楚，這攸關馬英九在下台後，會不會被以共犯或教唆犯被繩之以法。
至於被特偵組指控涉及司法關說的民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘，則不願意回應。
