日本自動車販賣協會連合會(自販連)11月1日發表統計數據指出，因各家車廠推出的油電混合車(HV)等新車種銷售強勁，帶動2013年10月份日本國內新車銷售量(乘用車+貨車+大型客車；不含輕型汽車)較去年同月大增17.3%至26萬4,587台，連續第2個月呈現增長；累計2013年1-10月期間日本新車銷售量較去年同期下滑6.8%至273萬1,659台。

就車種銷售量來看，10月份日本乘用車銷售量較去年同月成長18.6%至23萬2,922台、貨車成長8.8%至3萬847台、大型客車勁揚12.4%至818台。

就廠商別銷售量來看，日本汽車業龍頭豐田汽車(Toyota)10月份銷售量(不含LEXUS、大發、日野)較去年同月成長11.1%至12萬7,122台，連續第2個月呈現增長，1-10月銷售量為下滑8.5%至127萬950台；本田(Honda)暴增90.0%至3萬8,012台，連續第2個月呈現增長，1-10月為下滑28.3%至27萬6,241台；日產(Nissan)下滑2.2%至3萬3,993台，連續第2個月呈現下滑，1-10月為下滑3.4%至42萬5,604台。

另外，根據日本輕型汽車協會連合會(Japan Mini Vehicles Association)同(1)日公佈的資料顯示，2013年10月份日本輕型汽車銷售量較去年同月大增17.4%至15萬7,083台，連續第4個月呈現增長、且銷售量創歷年同月史上新高水準；累計1-10月的銷售量為成長3.4%至176萬3,276台。

合併輕型汽車銷售量計算，10月份日本整體新車銷售量較去年同月大增17.3%至42萬1,670台，連續第2個月呈現增長。

輕型汽車為日本特有規格，指長、寬、高分別在3.40m、1.48m、2.00m以下，且排氣量不超過660cc的汽車。

台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案，依洩密罪起訴黃世銘，創下中華民國司法史上首例。總統府今天表示，尊重司法。

台北地檢署認定，黃世銘在關說司法案未偵結前，就赴中興寓所向馬總統報告，已觸犯洩密罪，今天偵結將黃世銘起訴。
