紐約西德州12月期貨每桶下跌1.50美元 (-1.56%)，為每桶94.88美元。倫敦布侖特12月期貨油價每桶下跌1.82美元 (-1.67%)，為每桶107.02美元。

美國能源資訊局公布，上周美國原油庫存增加409萬桶，達到3.839億桶，是今年6月來的最高水平。

芝加哥期貨價格集團資深分析師傅萊恩指出，「供給面的因素壓倒一切。目前市場油供充足，油價呈現破底形態；加上外匯市場預期歐洲央行可能降息，導致美元升值，這也對油價十分不利。」
