【大紀元2013年11月07日訊】（大紀元記者江禹嬋台灣台北報導）基隆市碇內國中辦理的高關懷課程，規劃獨輪車課程，讓學生在總長約58公里的獨輪車挑戰賽中，體會長途悶熱辛苦依然堅持到最後，得到成功經驗後獲得自信，思考畢業後自己可以做什麼，以及主動學習過去不想面對的學科。

教育部7日召開「國中適性輔導列車」第18班次記者會，邀請基隆市碇內國民中學分享適性輔導工作的推動經驗。高關懷課程包含獨輪車、魔術、手工藝、生涯規劃等，將課程設計朝向更豐富與多樣的發展，其目標就在於提供學生更廣闊的學習觸角，引導學生在嘗試、學習與投入的歷程中，不僅得到更多成就感、也體會到堅持的可貴。

碇內國中輔導主任周珮琪說，高關懷課程通常安排在第7、8節，但是學校規定，要參加這些課程，就不能翹課。參與課程的學生祝郁珉談到，自己未來想當廚師，為了能考上心中理想的高職，會努力補學科上的不足。

校長王淑芬提到，實施這些課程後發現，孩子的穩定性越來越強，原來這樣的成功經驗帶給他們的自信，是課本中學不來的。一年一年難度提升，更希望是學生對自己的期許不斷加深。

該校也積極申請校外經費，希望能照顧到更多的學生。包含春風化雨班、社區生活營及中輟安置課程，讓學校的高關懷課程形成該校的特色，吸引學生願意真正的走進學校來，讓學生除正規課程外，也有可以發揮的天地。◇

Wendy's ((US-WEN))公布第三季虧損縮小至190萬美元，去年同期為虧損2620萬美元，或每股7美分。

經扣除部份項目修正後，該公司每股獲利上升至8美分，去年同期為美股獲利2美分。

營收上升至6.408億美元，去年同期為6.363億。

接受FactSet研究機構調查的分析師平均預估，該速食連鎖店每股獲利6美分，營收為6.40億美元。

「我們的第三季同店銷售上升5.9%，創2005年以來最強勁成長，」 Wendy's執行長Emil Brolick說。

「我們的第三季獲利，讓我們有信心調高2013年利息，稅項，折舊及攤銷前(EBITDA)獲利展望至3.65億美元。」 該公司亦說，由於投資增加，預期第四季EBITAD獲利較去年同期下降10%。

但該公司調高全年獲利展望至每股25美分。

盤前交易中，Wendy's股價下跌11.2%。
