【吳秀樺／台北報導】面板市場不佳，加上淡季來臨，去化庫存與降低產能利用率已成為各家面板廠維持獲利的關鍵，NPD DisplaySearch大中華區副總裁謝勤益指出，雖然今年下半年面板價格不斷下跌，但由於目前面板半成品open cell出貨量佔6成左右，而面板廠折舊在陸續到期後，離現金成本仍有一段距離，面板廠第4季仍處於獲利的狀態。
 
雖然中國新的8代線開出來，市場擔心明年會供過於求的情況發生，謝勤益指出，在液晶電視尺寸放大化，加上通路教育消費者要買大尺寸電視的帶動下，明年面積成長10%，但是面板成長僅有5%，整機出貨需求大於面板，不致於出現供過於求的情況。
 
他指出，由於市場規模大，加上目前出貨都是以open cell為主，即使終端庫存量超過6%，仍是可以容忍的範圍之內，加上品牌廠與面板廠力推超高解析度4K電視，今年4K面板出貨量約在300萬片，預估明年4K面板出貨量逼近3000萬片。

【政治中心／台北報導】自稱國寶級白目的作家馮光遠下午在臉書上透露，接到我駐美代表金溥聰告他「加重誹謗」等罪的自訴狀，他說：「等了好久的事終於來了，台灣終於進入一個新的階段──我們總算可以公開討論，到底馬英九總統是不是櫃子裡的同性戀，到底這個存在於國人心頭多年的疑問、傳言，影響台灣的民主政治有多大？太棒了。」

馮光遠還說，「金溥聰，沒有馬英九，他是什麼東西啊？真要分類他，應該就是這次國民黨全代會裡的指示牌所形容的吧，──『海外幹部』。對了，我這第八個官司，應該是組一個更大的律師團的時候了吧？」

馮光遠在去年9月在臉書中，公開寫：「馬英九與金溥聰為同性戀愛侶的傳聞，從馬市長時代就開始了，可是在台灣，媒體不敢談，因為許多台灣的媒體還沒有脫離「權貴工具」的角色，而且置入性行銷真的很補。我是少數幾個敢講這事的人。」（https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=443833992319418&id=277581822281583）
