| 《美股》QE退場預期降溫，指數齊揚、道瓊漲近150點

 美股26日開高走揚，連兩日收漲。由於市場樂觀解讀美國下修第一季經濟成長率，將迫使聯準會(FED)延緩縮減購債時程，再加上中國大陸銀行業流動性緊縮狀況暫時獲得紓解等利多因素激勵，道瓊終場大漲近150點。
嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，道瓊工業平均指數當日漲1.02%(149.83點)至14910.14點；NASDAQ指數漲0.85%(28.33點)至3376.22點；標準普爾500指數漲0.96%(15.23點)至1603.26點；費城半導體指數漲0.52%(2.42點)至464.93點。
美國商務部公布首季GDP修正值，換算成年率後由初估的2.4%下修至1.8%，其中佔美國GDP七成的家庭消費貢獻度由3.4%下修至2.6%。經濟學家原預期第一季GDP成長率將維持在2.4%不變。
里奇蒙FED總裁Jeffrey Lacker表示，美國經濟復甦疲軟的狀態恐還要持續數年之久，首季GDP遭下修與其觀點不謀而合，他預估，美國明年經濟成長率為2.25%。
大陸人行25日晚間發布新聞稿指出，已向部分金融機構提供流動性支持，消息發布後隔日，上海銀行間同業隔夜拆放利率回落至5.553%、下降18.3個基點，為連續第四個交易日下跌。象徵市場恐慌情緒的芝加哥期交所(CBOE)VIX指數當日滑落6.8%至17.21。
在主要類股指數表現方面，標普500指數十大上市類股齊步走揚，健康醫療類股為主要領漲集團，UnitedHealth上揚1.7%至64.78美元，嬌生公司漲1.9%至86.99美元。
金融類股上揚1個百分點，其中花旗漲1.3%至47.61美元，而美銀漲0.7%至12.76美元。
微軟上揚2%至34.35美元，漲幅在道瓊30檔成分股之中僅次於波音的2.11%，以及Home Depot的2.06%。微軟在開發商大會上發布Windows 8.1測試版，摩根史坦利當日將該公司投資等級提升至「優於大盤」。
受金價重挫拖累，全球最大的黃金生產商(Barrick Gold)滑落8.3%至14.78美元，金礦商Newmont Mining Corporation挫5.9%至27.22美元。
蘋果股價再度跌破400美元整數關卡，收盤時挫1.1%至398.07美元，為4月以來新低。

| 20年後重回原點 蘇煥智重操舊業當律師

【吳家翔／台北報導】台南縣前縣長蘇煥智卸下縣長一職近3年後，決定重操舊業當律師，預計10月在台北成立律師事務所，未來生活重心將以台北為主。蘇說，他問過自己，覺得還是趕快回來當律師比較實在，「沒賺錢要怎麼生活」。至於心情上是否有落差，他認為差距不會很大，還是可以繼續關心社會，並參與公益性質的活動。
蘇煥智是台大法律系畢業、輔大法研所碩士，律師高考及格，1983到1991年曾擔任過律師，曾是獨台會事件律師團的召集人。他說，經過二十年後，「重新回到原點」。
