| 與大陸爭議 日外相訪歐尋求尋求

日本外相岸田文雄(Fumio Kishida)7日抵達西班牙訪問，展開上任以來的第一次歐洲行程，試圖在和中國大陸發生糾紛的此時，尋求歐洲國家對日本的支持。
中日兩國因靖國神社參拜問題引發外交風波，互相叫罵，指控對方是「哈利波特」小說中的大反派「佛地魔」，國際輿論關切。
觀察家表示，在和中國大陸的糾紛中，日本將積極尋求歐洲和其它西方國家的支持。這些國家對中國大陸崛起存在疑慮。
在訪歐行程中，岸田將向歐洲國家解釋去年12月仿照美國體制而新成立的國家安全會議(National Security Council)，強調日本是世界和平的貢獻者。
岸田7日將和西班牙外長賈西亞馬加尤(Jose Manuel Garcia- Margallo)會晤，討論經濟情勢以及兩國在拉丁美洲的合作計畫等。
根據西班牙外交部在推特上的貼文，會談結束後，兩人將互相交換足球球衣，上面分別印有兩人名字以及400的號碼，象徵日西兩國400年的深厚關係。
岸田將在8日結束西班牙訪問，轉往法國，並在9日與外長法畢斯(Laurent Fabius)。
