| 公車司機罵乘客判罰3千

【王吟芳／高雄報導】高雄客運吳姓司機今年5月駕駛公車執行業務時，因不滿楊姓女乘客不停抱怨公車停滯不前，竟在楊女下車之際以台語怒罵「臭XX、幹XX」，不雅言詞均被行車記錄器錄下，楊女提告後高雄地院依公然侮辱罪判吳姓司機罰金3千元，得易服勞役。
吳男到案後辯稱，當天楊女不聽他解釋公車龜速原因，並一直以台語罵「靠被」，他才講了一些發洩情緒的話，不是罵楊女。但法院依據行車記錄器收錄內容，認定吳姓司機確實有侮辱楊女行為，依公然侮辱罪判罰金3千元，得以1天1千元易服勞役。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】自營勞工有福了！未來退休生活及將有保障。
今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，立法院昨天初審修正通過，讓無一定雇主的勞工，包括計程車司機、SOHO族、小吃攤老闆等勞工，可以自願提繳退休金、選擇勞退新制領勞退年金，讓退休生活有保障，誒估全台將有131萬人受惠。
