| 不滿被評「性感人員」 女強人告谷歌

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國一名保險公司女高層戴勒曼(Ann Dieleman)，最近控告Google(谷歌)侵犯版權，指一個名為「SexyExecs.blogspot.com」的網誌，從企業網站下載她的大頭照後，放在網誌上，還把她評為「性感行政人員」，任人留言嘲笑。
據英國《每日郵報》報導，該網誌專門轉貼各企業高層的大頭照，任網友品頭論足。前年9月，戴勒曼及其公司指網誌侵權，要求Google從網誌刪除相片，但Google一直沒有行動，反要求戴勒曼直接與網誌主人化解紛爭。戴勒曼繼續法律程序，上周控告Google侵權。

| 指人夫到處留情 女判賠5萬元

【劉志原╱台北報導】林姓女子與已婚王姓國標舞老師有感情及金錢糾紛，2012年11月間，她至台市文山區興隆路附近佈告欄，張貼手寫及電腦打字的告示，指王男「到處留情」、「王八蛋」等語，遭求償105萬元，台北地院判她應賠償5萬元；仍可上訴。
刑事部分，林女去年已遭依妨害名譽罪判拘役59天，可易科罰金5萬9000元確定，民事部分，法官認為，林女指王男「到處留情、希望一個善良女子不要再受騙了」、「王八蛋」等語，已侵害王男名譽權，判賠5萬元。
