過年快到了,過去傳統家家戶戶幾乎都會自行準備年菜。但隨著時代演變,超商也推出年菜服務,讓不少民眾省去準備年菜的忙碌。為了提升年菜銷售,廠商都會找名廚代言,其中阿基師是不少廠商的理想人選。但現在卻傳出有阿基師代言的冷凍鱸魚,蒸了35分鐘不但鬆散變乾,阿基師看後坦承做法疏失出面道歉。

阿基師掛名監製的一款年菜「冷凍鱸魚」,標示所教導的加熱時間,令美食專家王瑞瑤看到標示覺得有異,直接在臉書PO文,「請問」阿基師究竟鱸魚要蒸25分還是35分?因為年菜教民眾解凍鱸魚要先放入電鍋25分鐘,之後再解凍蔬菜包和糖醋醬包,倒入蒸好的鱸魚再蒸10分鐘。

王瑞瑤認為,整條鱸魚蒸完得花35分鐘才完成,這會不會蒸過頭?導致魚肉過於鬆散緊實度不佳,而且還會變乾。根據《TVBS》報導,實際找餐廳進行測試,差不多僅25分鐘就可完成。而且經過測試,蒸了35分鐘後的鱸魚,不但較乾且魚肉相對鬆散,蒸25分中的鱸魚比較有彈性且保水度佳。

面對民眾的質疑,阿基師也出面表示,真空包急凍肉質,原本就比鮮魚少了些彈性,看到這年菜蒸法,阿基師也直說錯。對此阿基師也表示道歉,直說「對於產品的監製,我的角色我應該要致最高誠意度的道歉,我也做得不夠細膩。」超商方面也將重新改標並提供圖解。

日前遭一審重判16年的大統董事長高振利,近日除了以個人名義,在平面媒體刊登半版廣告,向廠商及社會大眾表達歉意外,甚至還要求中盤商簽下協議書,幫他向法官求情。

盤商自救會召集人蔡太太痛批,高振利不斷「哭窮」卻還有錢登廣告,還利用年關將近,迫中盤商簽下協議書,答應他只須還四成債務就須放棄法律追訴權,毫無誠意,盤商自救會將提起法律訴訟,並求償1500萬。

【黃彥傑、張君豪/台北報導】賊星該敗!台北市永康街昨天發生強盜殺傷案,被砍殺的台北市立聯合醫院前總院長彭瑞鵬妻子林瑞瑩(66歲),目前傷勢無大礙,還在醫院休養。警方調閱監視器,發現1名胡姓男子涉有重嫌,胡男犯案後以步行方式逃逸,中途還換腳踏車離開。
 
警方表示,胡男以打零工維生,研判他可能會再犯案,今天凌晨2時許,發現他將單車停放西園路1段騎樓,警方守候約6小時,見胡男來牽車隨即上前逮捕,並在其租屋處起出作案用折疊刀。警方訊後依殺人未遂、強盜罪將胡男移送法辦。
