據英國每日郵報報導，這座摩天大樓設計與眾不同，從外觀上看非常像戴著巨大的假髮。然而，專家指出，它將成為未來高層建築設計新寵兒，不僅具有景觀性，還是一座環保建築，可以產生電能，甚至夜晚整個大樓能夠發光。
根據搜狐科學報導，事實上，這種建築的『毛髮』是纖細的纖維，在風中吹動時能夠將動能轉變為電能，充分利用高層建築的風力資源。它是由瑞典設計公司Belatchew Arkitekter設計的，這個專案稱為『吸管摩天大樓』，將建造在城市中心地帶。
公司指出，吸管摩天大樓未來將成為城市風力發電廠，通過使用壓電技術，大量纖細吸管透過風流輕微飄動產生電能。這將形成一種新型風力發電站，開啟建築體產生能量的巨大潛力。
該公司指出，這種奇特的建築覆蓋物甚至可作為一個旅遊景點。持續飄動的吸管從外觀上形成一種波浪狀景觀，被認為處於靜態的摩天大樓突然間變得生動起來，甚至整個建築體能夠『呼吸』。吸管結構在風中飄動使摩天大樓的外觀處於變化之中，在夜晚這些吸管會發光，使整個建築大樓不斷變換色彩。
摩天大樓頂層將是一個落地窗餐廳，用餐者可以在『吸管』之間觀看外面的世界。
