台中大學教授告女兒同學霸凌，法院二審判教授敗訴定讞並表示是童言無忌。

東海大學外文系的尤姓助理教授，去年9月被媒體爆料，因不滿女兒遭同學嘲諷和欺負，竟然對其中4名小學生提告。此舉引發被告的學生家長傻眼，最後女兒也不得已轉學。尤女指控4名小學生言語性侵、誹謗，向家長各連帶求償6萬元。法官審理認為這只是一時間童言童語，判決尤女敗訴。
在東海大學外文系任教的尤女，過去曾在廣播電台主持英語教學的節目，也曾出版過托福相關書籍，因此在學界有一定的知名度。她與第二任的現任丈夫育有一女，原先在東海大學附設小學音樂班就讀，但傳出被班上同學長期「霸凌」，她竟對其中4名小學生提告，嚇得這些小朋友都不敢上學。
尤女得知後，前往學校要求導師調職；甚至有同學吃味，指老師只叫尤女的女兒回答問題，竟然酸溜溜的說：「她媽媽收買了老師，要不就是她爸爸啦！」尤女事後對這4名小學生提告。遭提告的學生家長事後紛紛提出轉班申請，尤女直到開學前才逼不得已，將女兒轉到另一間私立小學就讀。
尤女身為大學教授，卻對4名小學生提告誹謗求償，創下國內首例，法院判決尤女敗訴定讞。尤女對此表示，「只是想要一個是非，教育導正才有所本，但很遺憾法院沒選擇這個角色。」被告的家長則表示判決公正，畢竟孩子單純，有自己的相處模式，卻因為童言童語而讓父母過度的介入，導致孩子受到傷害留下陰影。
