新北涼麵複檢　1件大腸桿菌超標開罰

新北市衛生局抽驗餐飲業、便利超商、量販店、食品工廠及攤商等市售涼麵40件，有11件不符衛生標準，經令業者限期改正，複檢抽驗仍有1件不符規定，將依違反《品衛生管理法》第10條，爰依同法第33條第1款規定處新台幣3萬元以上、15萬以下罰鍰。複檢仍不符標準的是位在蘆洲區長安街的涼麵店，大腸桿菌群超標。

衛生局食品藥物管理科長林冠蓁指出，大腸桿菌及大腸桿菌群常被用來作為監測食品是否遭受污染，或製程有無衛生缺失的重要指標。如檢出超標則表示食品在製作過程中，可能因人員的衛生、疏忽、食材、器具或包裝過程受到污染，另常溫下不當保存更易助長微生物的繁殖。
