新北市八里雙屍命案謝依涵咬住與陳進福一同犯案，獨立執行並收尾。

八里富商雙屍命案，前「媽媽嘴咖啡」店長謝依涵，涉嫌下藥殺害陳進福與張翠屏夫婦，士林地院21日第三度開庭審理。謝依涵在法庭上首度向2人的遺照鞠躬道歉，直說「我真的很抱歉，對不起」。謝還在法庭上請求法官給她「最嚴厲的懲罰」，但卻遭死者家屬質疑，謝依涵此舉只是企圖想減輕刑責而已。
21日下午士林地院針對八里雙屍命案進行第三度開庭，謝依涵首度在法庭上向死者和家屬道歉。她在庭上提到「無論是殺人罪或強盜殺人罪，所面臨的最高刑責都是死刑，現在唯一能做的，就是說出真相。」當謝依涵說完這段話後，突然起身向陳、張的家屬道歉。
張翠萍的弟弟當時正坐在旁聽席，聽到謝依涵這樣說法，突然拿出陳進福和張翠屏的遺像對謝依涵大喊「你敢看著他們，向他們道歉嗎？」謝依涵隨即聲淚俱下的向死者遺像鞠躬並說「真的很抱歉，對不起」。但家屬聽了之後，一旁回稱「拒絕接受沒有誠意的道歉」，家屬認為謝依涵現在才道歉，明顯太晚、誠意不足。
張翠萍的弟弟認為，這是謝依涵想脫罪的苦肉計。謝依涵在法庭上稱說，是與陳進福合謀殺掉張翠屏，她再趁此將2人一起殺掉，陳進福的外甥女表示「謝依涵還想將責任推到別人身上，我們無法接受」。謝依涵的律師表示，謝依涵做了錯誤的判斷和選擇，但她現已經說出真相，已有悔悟之心。
